Welcome to this beautifully furnished two bedroom townhome in the desirable and walkable Inman Park neighborhood of Atlanta! Enjoy this thoughtfully decorated, stylish, modern boho space located within a short walk to all the famous Inman Park has to offer! Atlanta’s best bars, restaurants, boutiques, and of course the BELTLINE are all less than a mile away! The space As you enter the home, you are greeted by a spacious and open living room, complete with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Walking further into the home you'll find a formal dining room with seating for 6-8. Through the dining room is the galley kitchen that is fully equipped with commercial stainless steel appliances, subzero fridge, wine fridge, commercial Thermador 5 burner gas range with hood and warming lamps! Connected to the kitchen you’ll find a small wet bar and breakfast area leading you out to the back deck overlooking the wooded backyard. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs during your stay. On the first floor you’ll also find the fully functional laundry room and a powder room tucked away out of sight. Enjoy a peaceful nights sleep in one of the 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor that house queen beds, blackout curtains, Jack and Jill connecting bathrooms complete with a jetted soaking tub and a spa like shower with a seat! There is even a rec space/office perfect for working from home or curling up with a favorite book. You’ll also have access to the shared backyard from the rec room complete with your own swinging egg chair. This custom built and designed bohemian bungalow is everything you could want when staying in beautiful ATL! (Please note the yard is shared with me and I do have dogs that use the backyard frequently to play they are very friendly and love people) Guest access The entire portion of Unit B, full backyard and two tier deck spaces, the only area off limits is the shed in the back of the lot Other things to note There is one parking space on the property only - street parking is available but only during very specific times. The city does actively ticket and tow so please be careful (you are responsible for any tickets you incur during your stay). The home is complete with all linens, cooking utensils, dishes, pots pans and baking needs, (does not come with food items such as spices etc). You will need to supply your own toilet paper and paper towels etc. shampoo and conditioner is available upon request.
