Cozy vacation home on a child-friendly plot in a sunny location on popular Söderöra in the northern archipelago with a lake view. The space House of about 50 m² divided into three rooms and a kitchen, two of which are bedrooms and a shower room. There is a newly-built 15 m² sleeping cabin with two beds and sea views. The cottage has water with its own well, shower, toilet (composting toilet), Wi-Fi, TV, new kitchen, microwave, oven, stove and fireplace. Water from the well is drawn to the house but not tested. Drinking water is available separately in a can. Guests are responsible for cleaning as well as their own sheets and towels. Guest access As a guest, you have access to the whole house, including the new bedroom. Other things to note Ten minutes to public swimming plus a simple beach 100 meters from the cabin. At the house of prayer, there is a cozy café that is run by the islanders in summer. There is no grocery store on the island, but food is sold. Alternatively, order via Mathem, which comes out by boat to the jetty near the house. Söderöra is a 2 km long island just east of Blidö. The island has about 25 residents and 400 summer residents. The village has genuine archipelago buildings and beautiful archipelago nature. Parts of the TV series Saltkråkan were recorded here. You can easily get there by passenger boat from Bromskärsbrygga (Bildö) Furusund, Östernäs or from Strömkajen in Stockholm. Timetable Waxholmsbolaget: table-26-summer2023 The boats dock at the steamboat jetty on Söderöra and with a ten-minute walk via the village road. From the steamboat jetty, you can continue out into the outer archipelago, Rödlöga, Svartlöga with swimming, culture and lovely coffee.
