Rent a boat and enjoy a boat slip (½ mile away) available first come, first served. Guests may use the community pool. Grill on the porch and end your evening with a sunset view! 11 miles from Clemson. Lake Hartwell, Jocassee & hiking nearby. Personal watercraft allowed, but trailer parking is limited. The space Fully stocked kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator (ice maker),Keurig, coffee pot w/ filters. Propane grill on the front patio. Both indoor and outdoor dining tables. 3 Smart-TVs Master has king bed, TV, dresser, large closet, master bath with garden tub. 2 guest rooms have queen beds, large closets, 1 dresser each. Ceiling fans in all rooms and 3 individual fans provided. Washer and Dryer provided for your convenience. Linens are provided as well as towels. Guests have access to the community pool. Bring your floats if you desire ***Please note: there are steps to enter the condo AND to access the lake at the boat slip which is 0.5 miles away. *Lake access parking is in the Harbor View lot. If you are comfortable with deep water, you can swim from the floating dock. Bring floats to swim. *Clemson is only 11 miles away, making this the perfect spot to stay for game day* *Warpath Landing boat ramp is 1.5 miles away. Warpath has several beach areas available for swimming at the end of the boat ramp parking area. *Lake Keowee Lighthouse Restaurant and Cabana 4.2 miles away *Lake Hartwell and Jocassee are within 30 min. ** Hartwell is a very large lake.
