Quiet spot in heart of Liverpool

Welcome to Liverpool! I'm a hometown girl, carpenter, and empty nester. My home isn't fancy, but the cozy bedroom, bathroom with laundry, and large kitchen will be just the place for you to get a comfortable and safe rest with access to everything you need during your stay. You're centrally located to town and only 10 minutes from the best beaches in the province. Walking distance to shopping, dining, and recreation. Wifi is fast at 352 Mbps. Help yourself to a complimentary coffee and tea! The space The small cozy bedroom has a comfy double bed and a Roku television with access to Amazon Prime, Netflix, and YouTube. The bathroom and kitchen are both spacious. Guest access Guests have access to a large, private bathroom during their stay, just outside the bedroom door. You will have full access to my large eat-in kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation. Enjoy complimentary coffee and tea during your stay! My living room and the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom are private areas. Outside is a deck with furniture and a private backyard with a fire pit, all yours to enjoy during your visit. I have books and games, children's toys. Also, please make use of our beach towels and chairs for beach days. I have a workshop/shed in the backyard as well, where I do my woodworking. This is not available to guests. During your stay I am sometimes pretty busy, in and out during the days ,as I work for myself. I like to socialize a little bit, but I'm generally on the go and like my privacy as well. Other things to note Our WiFi speed is very good at 352 Mbps.
