This elegant and spacious apartment, in the historic center of Porto, belongs to a building that was once an old biscuit factory, completely renovated. This architectural intervention preserved the historical records of the past, but favored comfort for an ideal stay in our city. The apartment has a spacious living room, bedroom and bathroom in first floor, and also direct access to a a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor with bathroom. Welcome to Foyer 25! The space Welcome to the Foyer 25 building located right in the historic center of Porto, where you can discover the whole city on foot! The Foyer 25's building was originally built between 1833 and 1845, according to Porto's old cartography. with all the features of a "typical Porto bourgeois house". It was deeply adapted in the middle of the 20th century, to be used as the biscuit factory “imperial”. From the buildings' many lives, we get to the contemporary, with an architectural intervention that wants to hold up the "truth" of the historical record of its transformations and multiple layers. Apartment Foyer 25 - Duplex I by Cozy Stay consists of two main rooms: Upstairs: - a spacious and very bright living room, together with the bedroom very comfortable. The bedroom has a large bed (1.60m) has a carrier next to it to hang your clothes. In this division, there's a a complete bathroom with towels, a hairdryer, shower gel & shampoo. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and cable TV in the living room. In addition, the apartment has a service bathroom right at the entrance. On the floor below: - With direct access from the living room, you will find fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) and a dining table with lots of light during the day. All windows in the apartment are double, providing thermal and acoustic insulation. The apartment is ideal for two people and can be accessed both by stairs and by elevator. For your convenience, you will find a self-service laundry right in front of the apartment! Guest access Guests will have access to the common room, which has armchairs and a beautiful antique settee where they can enjoy some tea. Additionally, they will have access to the entire apartment with two divisions (upstairs and downstairs through the apartment's interior stairs). Other things to note Before or during check-in, identification data of all guests will be asked. This procedure is mandatory and the information will be included in the Accommodation Bulletin, delivered to the SEF.
