This elegant and spacious apartment, in the historic center of Porto, belongs to a building that was once an old biscuit factory, now completely remodeled. The architectural intervention preserved the historical records of the past, but privileged comfort for an ideal stay in our city. The apartment has a spacious living room, along with the bedroom and a bathroom, and also direct access to a fully equipped kitchen downstairs. The space Welcome to the Foyer 25 building, which is right in the historic center of Porto, where you can explore the entire city on foot! The Foyer 25 building was originally built between 1833 and 1845, according to a survey made in the old cartography of the city of Porto. With all the characteristics of the bourgeois house of Porto, it was profoundly adapted in the mid-20th century to serve as a factory for “Imperial” biscuits. From the various lives that the building has had, we arrive at the contemporary, with an architectural intervention that intends to assume the "truth" of the historical record of its transformations and different layers. The Foyer 25 Apartment - Duplex I by Cozy Stay consists of two main rooms: Upstairs: - A large and bright living room, along with the bedroom, quite comfortable. The bed is wide (1.60 m) and has a clothes rail next to it to hang your clothes. This room also has a full bathroom with towels, hairdryer, shower & shampoo. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and cable TV in the living room. In addition, the apartment has a service bathroom right at the entrance. Downstairs: - With direct access through the living room and bedroom, you will find a fully equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster), with plenty of light during the day. All the windows in the apartment are double glazed, providing thermal and acoustic insulation. The bedroom has a wide bed (1.60 m) and a full bathroom with towels, hairdryer, bath gel and shampoo. The apartment is ideal for two people and can be accessed by both stairs and elevator. For your convenience, you will find a self-service laundry right in front of the apartment! Guest access Guests will have access to the common room, which has armchairs and a beautiful antique sofa where they can enjoy a tea. In addition, they will have access to the entire apartment with two rooms (upstairs and downstairs through an interior staircase of the apartment). Other things to note Before or during check-in, all guests will be asked for their identification data. This procedure is mandatory and the information will be included in the Accommodation Bulletin, delivered to the SEF.
