Simplicity and calm in an apartment in Issoire

Less than 20 minutes from Clermont-Fd, residing in Issoire allows you to be halfway to the most beautiful tourist sites (Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Super-Besse, Monts du Forez, Puy Mary, Lioran or the Garabit Viaduct). Disconnect in the heart of nature, sport and gourmet food are at the rendezvous of this beautiful region of the Massif Central. The space The living area is approximately 60 m2. You have a bedroom (double bed), a sitting area (sofa, living room and coffee table), a small open and functional kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and a terrace not overlooked (not equipped after the summer). The space is designed for two people, but the room is large enough to accommodate a crib, or even a child's playpen (not provided) at no extra cost. Guest access Apartment in a small condominium, slightly set back from the heart of the city, 3/4 minutes' walk away, and in a wooded environment. Free parking is available just downstairs, highway access is 3 minutes away. Other things to note The residence gate opens with a digicode, the code will be shared the day before you arrive. Check-in to the apartment is autonomous thanks to a secure key box that also opens with a code. ⚠️ Regarding the 2nd door (in the entrance hall), it opens automatically when you enter the code at the 1st gate. This is a double opening, so if you ever close the lobby door, you'll need to re-enter the code at the gate to reopen it from the outside.
