The building located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, inaugurated in July 2023, belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy.
