Start your next adventure and step into Coaster Cove, our charming and spacious, 2-bedroom condo (king suite+ bunk beds) in the picturesque Ozark Mountains where you will be greeted by incredible views + sounds of the thrilling roller coasters and train whistles of Silver Dollar City (2 miles away). Our mountain retreat is just a short trail walk down to the clear waters of Table Rock for fishing/swimming. Branson, with all the fun it has to offer, is just a short 15-minute drive as well! The space Coaster Cove is a spacious and beautiful family-friendly condo with high ceilings and plenty of natural light! Perfectly nestled in The Cove on the beautiful Indian Point is the closest resort to SDC! (2 miles to be exact). Enjoy watching the roller coasters and hearing the occasional screams of descending passengers along with the puffing steam engine's whistle, all while relaxing on the back porch.. The clear waters of Table Rock Lake can be accessed by a peaceful lake trail right down the hill from the condo. It's really the best of both worlds with the amusement park and lake at your fingertips! Branson 76 strip is just 6 miles away while the Branson landing is 15 miles away. Pizza, restaurants, and marinas are located on Indian Point for your convenience. If you need a boat slip, please check on availability with the nearby marinas for your dates. Indian Point Marina is 3.7 miles away, and Rock Lane Marina is 3 miles away. Both have boat rentals, slip rentals, a store, a gas dock, and a cafe. Guest access Parking is in front of the condo building. There are no trailers or boats allowed in the parking lot. The local marinas do offer boat slip rentals and trailer parking. Easy lake access with natural stone shores looking out over the clear, blue Table Rock Lake. Explore the coves, trails and bring a fishing rod and life jacket if you would like to cool off! The refreshing swimming pool and hot tub are shared with other guests in The Cove and are available for your use until 10pm. You can also enjoy tennis, pickleball, and basketball in the newly painted courts and as well as a playground for the little ones. These are all included in your stay at Coaster Cove. A basketball, tennis racquets, and other outdoor games are located in the closet and are available for families to use. Parking is in front of the log cabin condo. Please note there are 2 sets of fairly long stairs in order to access the condo. Great exercise after those delicious meals but not for those who do not do stairs well, unless you have a loved one helping out. We are on the ground floor with easy access to a green space which is great for pet walks, grilling, or yard games. There is a grill located right outside the door for cooking up a fabulous meal! Please bring your own charcoal/lighter. We do have tools for the grill. The kitchen has granite counters and is set up for cooking. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee on the outside deck or relax out front while waiting on your BBQ cooking. As you walk in the beautiful tall doorway, you will see the first bedroom off to your right with sturdy bunk beds, one double and one twin bed. Definitely fine for adults as well. There is a recliner for watching movies or reading a book. The bathroom can be entered through this room but also has another doorway to access the main living room. The dining area has 2 bar stools for a quick bite to eat at the counter, and a 6-top table for dinners at home or playing one of the many fun board games, located under the welcome consol. There is a welcome book full of great information about the condo and Indian Point area as well as the Branson area. The living room has some comfy seating along with a pull-out double bed for extra sleeping space. (Sheets are in the master bedroom dresser). The small couch is firmer due to the memory foam bed underneath. There is an air mattress up in the closet, just in case. Extra blankets are located in the closet and the master bedroom dresser. You can go straight out to the beautiful deck from the living room or access it through the lovely master bedroom where there is desk and comfy chair overlooking the beautiful Ozarks set up for those times you need to be on your laptop. Master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a relaxing jacuzzi tub. Not in the mood for a bubble bath? There is a shower with tile as well across from the double sinks surrounded by granite. The closet is for our storage but there is a free-standing clothes and shoe holder. Full size washer and dryer for your use. We provide a few initial laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience. If you are staying awhile and plan on doing laundry, you may want to bring your favorite detergent. One is 11 steps, and the other is 17 steps. While it is great exercise to walk off all the delicious food that will be enjoying, it may not be the best fit for those who have trouble with stairs. There is a convenient outdoor green space right out the door to walk your pets and a BBQ grill, so stairs are not necessary for those things. But you will have to carry suitcases and groceries up and down the stairs. Pets are welcome but must be noted in your reservation. There is a pet fee - 2(max). Please clean up after your pets. Baggies are located in the parking lot in a dispenser. Bring your own pet bedding and please keep them off the furniture. If your pet is prone to jumping on furniture, please bring a blanket to protect the furniture. If you have to leave them unattended in the condo, please consider crating your pet as many will get nervous when left in a new place. Please note that guests will be responsible for any pet damage in the condo. *Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will be charged a security deposit payable the day before checking in.
