Two fireplaces to keep you cozy in the winter and central air conditioning for those mid-summer afternoons. The home is a scenic 15 minute drive to the Santa Fe Plaza and is close to all points on the Southern side of town. From the entry way you step down into the elegant living room with high viga ceilings and commanding fireplace. The dining room, elevated above the living room and media space, features a custom made dining room table with Santa Fe charm. The living room features comfortable seating in front of the fireplace and a grand piano. The media room includes a large comfortable couch and HD TV connected with YouTubeTV and all streaming apps. TV is connected to high quality speakers that fill up the entire home. The galley kitchen is recently remodeled with granite counters, dining bar, and updated appliances. The kitchen is stocked with all that you'll need to dine and entertain during your stay. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ensuite bath, Kiva fireplace, and deep closet. The guest bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed. Pottery Barn bed linens and towels are included. The third bedroom is set up as an office with a desk and comfortable couch. A queen size air mattress is available for when the third bedroom is needed. There is a set of cot sized linens available as well to make the couch into a small bed. The two guest bedrooms access a large bathroom with a deep and luxurious sunken tub, ideal after a day of hiking or even shopping. The backyard is fully enclosed with walking trails accessible directly from the back yard. Perfect for pets! The neighborhood also has a dog park, tennis courts, and basketball courts for your enjoyment. Laundry room in unit. The garage has room for 2 parked cars. All cars must be parked in the garage.
