A queen bed in the master, double bed in second bedrooom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom cnfortable sleeps 6. Master bedroom and living room boast gorgeous ocean views. Queen size inflatable air bed available additionally. Laundry (washer/dryer) available in the condo. Condominium complex provides additional amenities such as clubhouse with heated swimming pool and spa, table tennis and other games and a gym. Outdoor picnic areas with barbecue pits, children's play area, tennis courts, beach volley ball etc. 1 covered reserved parking spot + additional open visitor parking available. Direct access to Port Hueneme beach. Point Mugu naval base, Oxnard and Ventura are nearby. Guest access Access to all areas except the loft. Guests are free to use all kitchen appliances and washer/dryer for laundry. You may use coffee/tea and laundry detergent and bathroom toiletries as available. You may use the fridge for groceries, please take unused food with and personal items with you at the end of the stay. Please dispose off any trash in trash bags. Please clean all used dishes and applinaces before departing. Please replace all keys in their original ziploc bag in kitchen drawer before locking and placing main key in the lockbox. Other things to note The lockbox on the door to the apartment will have the key for access to the condo. Additional keys for access to the beach, clubhouse and main gate remote are in the main kitchen drawer in a ziploc bag. The loft area is only for storage and is off limits to guests. Wifi access is available and instructions to connect on instruction card on kitchen counter. TV available but please connect to your own netflix and other streaming services.
