Our Meeting Bangsaray resort-style accommodation is located just 450 meters from the sea. It's an ideal venue for various events such as meetings, seminars, and different occasions. The villa encompasses 2 acres and boasts a spacious setting with a tranquil ambiance. It can accommodate up to 80 guests. The villa is a tropic loft design and features a large swimming pool with a length of 20 meters. The pool is equipped with Jacuzzi systems and water slides, including a separate children's pool. Daily cleaning, water, and electricity usage are included in your stay. Location: The villa is conveniently located near various tourist attractions and amenities, including the beach, convenience stores, and markets. Other things to note *Already Include the usage of Water, Electricity and Basis Cleaning Daily Fee House Rules: 1. A refundable house deposit of THB 10,000 is required upon check-in. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. A fine of THB 5,000 will be imposed for smoking violations. Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated smoking areas. 3. The maximum occupancy is 54 guests. Additional guests will be charged THB 1,000 per person per night, which includes a set of floor mattresses, pillows, and towels. 4. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 80 people. 5. Late check-out beyond the scheduled time will result in a charge of THB 2,000 per hour due to we have to hire more staff to clean before the next guest's arrival. 6. Quiet hours after 22:00 hrs. Kindly refrain from creating noise or playing loud music. 7. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes and disposing of garbage before checking out. A dish cleaning service is available for a fee ranging from THB 500 to THB 2,000, based on the amount of dishes. 8. BBQ charcoal can be purchased at THB 100 for 3 bags. If interested, please inform the host or cleaner. 9. Daily cleaning service will be provided upon guest consent. Cleaning hours are between 11:00 - 13:00 hrs. To respect guest privacy and safety, staff members will not enter the villa after check-in. If you require daily cleaning, please inform us. If no information is provided, we will assume that you do not require the service. 10. Moving large furniture items such as sofas, cabinets, beds, TV stands, and speakers is prohibited due to potential damage and disruption. 11. Guests are required to wear appropriate swimwear or attire for the pool. Only designated swimwear is allowed in the pool. Violations will incur a fee of THB 600 per person. Jeans or attire causing damage are not permitted. 12. In the event of a power outage or water shortage due to natural disasters or external factors beyond our control, we are not liable and cannot provide compensation. Please contact the host, our team, or the housekeeper for basic assistance.
