Each BR is equipped with smartTVs and memory foam mattresses. A 65in smartTV in the living room sits above an electric fireplace. The open concept home with a fully equipped kitchen is sure to suit your needs. We welcome children of all ages, however the home is not baby proofed. A pack n play and high chair are available on site. The property has a large backyard, but it is not fully fenced. Yard games are provided for guest use. **Carpeting in bedrooms has recently been replaced with flooring. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home as well as the patio and large backyard. Other things to note Maximum of 2 pets allowed - $150 pet fee per stay. Only guests accounted for on the reservation (maximum of 6) are allowed for overnight stays. No more than 10 guests are allowed on the property at any given time. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Early check-in or late check-out may be available - please inquire in advance. Unapproved late checkout - Guests who do not leave the premises by 10AM will incur a $50 charge for every 30 minutes thereafter. The home must be vacated when cleaners arrive.
