This charming cottage is a haven of peace for lovers of calm and greenery, 5 minutes from the sanctuary of Pontmain and 20 minutes from Fougères. Ground floor: dining room and kitchen with wood stoves, games room (billiards) with mezzanine (160 bed), laundry room (washing machine), shower room and toilet. Small office with mezzanine (80 bed). Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and bathroom with shower and toilet. Hot tub accessible from June to September (€70 supplement), trampoline, swing and tree house. The space Upstairs you will have at your disposal 3 bedrooms: a large master bedroom with a 160 bed, another bedroom with a double bed (140) and a baby bed and a third bedroom accommodating three single beds including two bunk beds.
