Have fun with the whole family at this unique location in the self-designed villa just 70 meters from the nearest beach. With both a hot tub and infrared sauna, you can enjoy all the seasons of the year. Make the most of the summer on one of the 4 patios in different directions or on the lawn with, among other things, a buried trampoline and play area. Enjoy the sea view when you cook a good dinner at the kitchen island or at the barbecue on the balcony. This is our permanent residence but we want to rent it out as we spend periods in our country house The space Newly-built villa from 2022 with everything extra. Built-in coffee machine, soundproof doors, A/C, two ovens, massage chair, etc. Large hall with cloakroom and direct connection to an open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a fireplace that gives the extra cozy feeling in the evenings. The house has a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms plus an extra living room with sofa bed where you can close yourself off. An additional room with a double bed and a desk is available in the kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for many people. Two ovens (a combi oven with microwave). The dining room has a table and chairs for 10 people. The concrete balcony has both dining tables with chairs, lounge group, grill and a cozy fireplace. The pergola has another dining table set. Guest access In the house, there is everything you may need, a well-equipped kitchen that can serve at least 15 guests. Guests can use what is in the pantry and laundry room (detergent, toilet paper, spices, etc.) we would like you to replace what you have used if it runs out. Sheets and towels are not included but can be provided for a fee. Other things to note Here we live permanently with a dog, so fur allergy sufferers should note this. We currently only rent to families with children with several good previous reviews from other landlords.
