Fresh towels are provided every three days. * No parties/Heavy drinking/Decorations allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guest presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot. * Quiet Hours: 11 pm. to 8 am. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am. * DG Power backup is available during power outages. This powers all fans, lights, and charging sockets (10 amps only) * We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during early hours of the morning. Late or early check-in and check-out may require prior arrangements.
