Modern, double bedroom looking out onto a private balcony. The room has exclusive use of the bathroom opposite with shower/toilet. The flat is spacious & modern with a large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area opening out onto another balcony. The flat is on the first floor with lift access. Ideally located in Streatham Hill with easy access into central London, and surrounding areas of Balham, Clapham & Brixton. Please note this is my home and you would be booking with this in mind. Guest access Guests will have full access to the private double bedroom, their own spacious bathroom and balcony. They also will have access to a communal open plan kitchen, dining and living area. I do live in the flat and would be seeking guests respectful of the use of communal spaces. During your stay I am a full time working professional and will be around in the early morning and evenings before and after work hours on weekdays.
