A relaxing breath of fresh air surrounded by nature. The property is 10.5 acres situated in a level plane then a rolling slope down to a pristine mountain lake. Individual cabins located on a lakefront with a large outdoor space, tennis court, volleyball court. Guests can also enjoy water sports; however, guests need to provide the equipment and close supervision for each other. Guests can also go fishing at the thriving mountain lake with a state fishing license (boats not provided). This resort has 12 buildings but only 4 cabins have been modernized for rental. Each cabin will be equipped with an energy efficient VRF system for heating and cooling. Each cabin is also Wi-Fi ready with 2 tv; a washer and dryer; an induction stove w/ oven; a microwave; a dishwasher and an energy saving refrigerator. Master bedroom has a king size bed with 2 usb ready nite tables. There are 2 modern sofa beds in the living room which can lay flat and can accommodate 4 young kids or 2 teenagers. Frisbees, softballs, and volleyballs are great sport items to bring, along with jet skis, kayaks, canoes, surfboard and other water sports equipment, to take advantage of the facilities and lakefront location. ATV, scooters and other recreational vehicles are acceptable to use in the resort site, as long as they are electronically powered. *There is a no pet policy, unless it is for seeing eye dogs. If there is a service animal, please be mindful of furniture damage and make sure there is no shedding or sanitary waste when you depart. Lakefront location with Kartwright Indoor Waterpark nearby, as well as a casino. A food store with relatively great selection and a 5-star outdoor pizza joint is only about 5 mins from the resort. Auto; Parking *Guests are recommended to bring bottled water for drinking and cooking. *Guests are recommended to bring their own towels; extra pillows; bed sheets; personal hygiene items; spices and any items for their own uses. * There will be 2 pillows; one bed sheet and a comforter for the master bedroom. 2 extra full size comforters for the sofa beds. Pots and pans and utensils for 6 peoples; dish rack; can opener; chef knives; hairdryer and mix up mirror are ready for guest’s convenience. 2 rows of toilet tissues and 1 row of paper towels will be provided.
