Bright 55 sqm one-bedroom apartment with balcony, located in a newly built residential building. The flat is in a green and quiet neighborhood, just a 20-minute walk from the Snai La Maura Ippodromo and Merlata Bloom shopping center. 700 meters to Bonola M1 metro station, perfect for quickly reaching Rho Fiera, Fiera Milano City, San Siro Stadium, and Snai San Siro Ippodromo. Just 20 minutes by metro to Duomo and the city center. Fast Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free public parking available nearby. The space The apartment is located on the 7th floor with elevator access. The living area is bright and spacious, featuring a sofa, an extendable dining table, a small corner that can be used as a home office, libraries and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with an oven and induction cooktop. Guests are welcome to use the pantry, which is stocked with all the basic essentials (oil, salt, coffee, etc.). There is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, and Amazon Prime. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, furnished with a small table and two deck chairs — a perfect spot to enjoy the view of the neighborhood, including a striking mural by Shepard Fairey (aka Obey), and, on clear days, a beautiful view of the mountains. The bedroom is cozy and filled with natural light. It features a comfortable queen-size bed (160x200 cm). You'll have access to the entire left side of the wardrobe and the four chests of drawers. If you need additional space, feel free to let me know. Upon request at the time of booking, a single bed (80x190 cm) can be added to accommodate a third guest. The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower (80x80 cm). Each guest will be provided with one large and one small towel, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap. In the hallway, you’ll find a washing machine and a drying rack available for use. Air conditioning is available in all rooms, the underfloor heating is adjustable via thermostat, with a maximum allowed temperature of 22°C, from October 15th to April 15th, as per municipal regulations. The fiber-optic WiFi is stable and fast throughout the apartment Guests arriving by car can park for free in one of the three public parking areas near the building, or along the street around the entire block (there’s always space available). Guests arriving by public transport can easily reach the apartment with a 10-minute walk (700 meters) from Bonola metro station (M1 red line). I've decorated and furnished my home with love and care over the years. It holds many personal memories and a strong emotional value to me.
