When we built and decorated this home, we wanted outstanding style and uniqueness for people to feel at home truly. I will give you a quick overview of what is included in this fantastic house. Let's start at the top. The sundeck! There are only three homes in this community with a rooftop sundeck, and we are one of them. You can see far and wide from up top. You also have two lounge chairs with umbrellas and side tables built into the chairs. This is so you can sit up top and watch the sunset or rise. This is something everyone must enjoy in Costa Rica. They are breathtaking. The home's second level offers a large patio with oversized sitting chairs and a table in two of the three bedrooms on this level. For a peaceful morning coffee, you are surrounded by trees and animals. In each of the four bedrooms in this home, you have a 50-inch TV in every room with complimentary Netflix. Queen-size beds and ceiling fans keep you comfortable. Beds have extra pillows and a throw blanket in case you need one. All the furniture in Hermosa Casita was handmade in Costa Rica. It is made of 100% teak wood for durability and style. Each bathroom has soft hotel-style towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. These will be very familiar if you have ever stayed at a Hilton hotel. On the house's first floor, two sofas can be converted into a sleeping area with a button pull. This is if you want to take a nap or relax and lounge. The kitchen has an oversized island to sit around and enjoy with your guests. It also has a coffee maker with complimentary Costa Rican coffee. New appliances if you want to cook while staying with us. Every room in this fantastic house has a fan and air conditioning to keep you cool while relaxing. This unique lifestyle resort is the paradigm of beach houses, it is a new lifestyle that offers all the comforts and amenities of a city house, but is more natural, free, comfortable, and safe. The town of Jaco's basically a two-mile stretch on the main street of Pastor Diaz where you'll find most of the restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Jaco is best explored on foot. The paved sidewalks of Pastor Diaz parallel the beach with its array of shops, boutiques, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and bars close to the shore. Beachgoers can quickly wander from the beach for a bite or do some shopping while in their bathing suits. Shopping plazas, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, and restaurants are all within walking distance of all downtown Jaco. Guests can rent a beach cruiser for $10 per day. Another option is to rent a scooter ($90 per day) to visit the area's parks, gardens, and other attractions. Uber and taxis are both affordable and quick for local sightseeing.
