To that effect, we provide: - Wardrobe, hangers - Tv in living room and bedrooms - Geysers, towels, toiletries -Hair dryers in all three bedrooms - First aid kit, - Secured parking space -Private terrace with bonfire sitting accessed from inside the building. - We do not provide breakfast at the property, all good restaurants from ooty are nearby and accessible from our property and online food deliveries like Swiggy/Zomato is available to our location as well. BEDROOMS - Decked with a multitude of lavish amenities, this home offers 3 bedrooms - all three bedrooms are on the first floor. - We have provided an extra blanket in every bedroom. - We have hairdryers in all three bedrooms - Each of the bedrooms offers a comfortable bed,a wardrobe, an ensuite bathroom, and an electric kettle. An extra mattress can be provided, on request. - Given that Ooty is known for its ever-pleasant climate, air-conditioning is a luxury we don't really require here. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - Each of these bathrooms offers geysers, towels, and lavish toiletries for the most relaxing bath.We only use original branded product toiletries in our property. COMMON AREAS - The dining area is part of the living room and can seat up to 4 people comfortably. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple food for infants and basic cooking as well. - It is equipped with an induction stove,refrigerator, and water purifier. - Basic Crockery and cutlery are available. - Note : Cooking fish is not allowed in the kitchen. FOOD - Breakfast is not provided at the property. For all meals, guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants which is available in walkable distance. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa with the kitchen, living area, bedrooms and the terrace. ADD-ON SERVICES -We have a bonfire setup which is smoke free, which can be provided on guests request and is free of charges. NOTE: The bonfire is out of order currently due to the gas shortage. - Room cleaning services can be provided during the stay. Wi-Fi is Available in the property - In case of a power outage, there is a UPS power back up and we also do have a generator for additional back up. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed, but cooking fish is not allowed. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker will be available on the premises of the same property during the stay .
