Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home is located on highway 62 for quick and easy access to all of NWA. Some attractions in the area include hiking, biking, Beaver lake, and city attractions. With this location you will have a quick and easy drive to multiple cities across northwest Arkansas, including Rogers (20min), Bentonville (26min), and Eureka Springs (32min). Enjoy all that NWA has to offer While avoiding crowded neighborhoods. This is a well built, deceivingly large home built in the 1960s, yet completely remodeled and updated for a clean enjoyable stay. This home offers a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms split into a main level and lower basement level. There is also a laundry room, two living areas, a full kitchen, and kitchenette, and even a safe room! The first bedroom is on the main floor and has a king sized bed with access to a private bathroom. The second bedroom is also on the main floor with a queen bed and has access to the bathroom located in the hallway. The third bedroom is located in the basement in a smaller, but cozy room. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement and features a modified bunk bed that has a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The two living areas, one on the main level and one on the lower level offer ample seating to relax while enjoying television or conversations with those you travelled with. The upstairs boasts a full kitchen with appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher, etc. The downstairs offers a kitchenette with additional microwave, coffee station, and refrigerator. In the basement there is a safe room that was built to withstand strong storms. This could be useful just in case there is inclement weather while on your trip. Access to this house is through either the front or back door by keypad. Your personalized entrance code will be sent to you after booking and will be automatically entered and removed according to your check in and check out times. If you happen to bring a bicycle while on your trip we do have two bike racks with spots to lock up to 12 bikes while on your stay. We also provide televisions in all bedrooms and living areas. Access to local channels is provided through the live TV section on all ROKU TVs. We also encourage you to sign into any personal streaming accounts for your viewing pleasure while you stay.
