Rutland water and the beautiful surrounding countryside are all accessible within a short drive or cycle; ideal for walkers, bird watchers and outdoor lovers. The property has been recently re-furbished with elegant design evident throughout all living spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and includes a coffee machine, iron and washing machine.The living room is spacious and light with a dining table and two generous single sofa beds. There is speedy WiFi and a TV for evening entertainment and relaxation.The large super king size bed will ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep with adequate room for hanging and storing your clothes. (note: super king can be divided into two single beds). Towels and soap are provided for use in our bathroom. Guest access The property is accessed through our self check in lockbox meaning you can arrive at a time that suits you. A message with further information regarding these details will be sent to you the day before you arrive. There is one car parking space on the left hand side of the stone driveway in front of the door. Additional cars can use one of the many car parks that are a stones throw away from the apartment. We are friendly hosts and are available to answer any questions you may have about staying with us. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to an acceptable level.
