Beautiful Mumbles/Gower cottage

Gorgeous 3 double bedroom cottage in a Gower village. Within walking distance to some of the most beautiful beaches in Wales, Mumbles and the Gower Coastal Path. Close to an award winning pub, a post office/store, farm shop, childrens play area and a stunning valley walk down to the coast. All within easy reach. Just 5 miles drive from Swansea and a 7 minute drive to Mumbles with all it's restaurants, bars and shops. Walk to Mumbles along the coast, passing Caswell, Langland and Rotherslade. The space This 3 bedroom, period cottage oozes charm and character including exposed beams and feature fireplaces. As parts of this cottage are 16th century, there are fairly narrow and steep stairs to the 2nd floor and so may not be suitable for less able bodied guests. There is also a step into the house which would be difficult for wheelchair users The open plan kitchen, which is brand new,has all the appliances that you could possibly need. Every implement to cook the perfect meal should you choose to stay in. The diner is a lovely place to socialise and plan the day or nights events. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with lovely bedding and towels to hand. The shower room is also brand new, with a large walk in shower. Again, very tastefully decorated. There is an additional toilet on the ground floor, beautifully decorated. The courtyard garden has a large wooden table with parasol and is a sun trap from morning to night. A gorgeous place to have a meal or drink on a fine day. The surrounding areas are stunning with paths to the coastal path and beaches. Pubs within walking distance. Plus a farm shop on weekends and well stocked country post office next door. Guest access Guests will have a code for a lock box prior to arrival and I am close in case of any issues. As mentioned previously this cottage is not suitable for wheelchair or less able bodied people due to steep stairs and steps through into the home. Other things to note Although there is usually plenty of parking directly outside the cottage on the road, there is also a carpark attached to the community hall opposite. About 100 meters away, dead opposite. There is an amazing farm shop about 200m away, which opens on Fridays and Saturdays, selling local produce, breads, cakes and of course vegetables. The village store, next to the house also sells fresh, local produce and alcohol, plus serves as the local post office.
