Beautiful island house

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home just a short walk from the beach, and close to some fabulous restaurants, cafes, and local shops. Mersea Island is famous for its seafood, water sports and wildlife. There is always something to do in this vibrant little community. Highlights of the annual island calendar include the secret festival and Mersea week when you can watch various sailing events. Kids love crabbing from the pier and there are great parks including Cudmore Grove. The space The house is situated in a cul-de-sac with off road parking for two cars. Downstairs is an open plan sociable kitchen, diner and sitting room with bifold doors opening to a fenced garden complete with garden furniture. One sofa converts to a small double bed if required. There is a downstairs cloakroom. Upstairs there are two double rooms (one en-suite) and a small single suitable for a child. There is a family bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Guest access The whole house is accessible to guests apart from the loft and one cupboard in the master bedroom.
