The property is located above a detached across from the main house. Inside of the apartment you will find one bedroom, a living room, a walk-in closet, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a standing shower. Guest can access all parts of the apartment once above the garage. The downstairs part of the garage is off limits to guest. Guest can interact with myself as much as needed. If I am home, I will be available to assist in a helpful manner if needed. The carriage house is located in a residential neighborhood on a golf course. Because the area is more rural, a car will be necessary unless attending an event at Doublegate Country Club. The country club is within walking distance.
