The Old Farm is  on the edge of the village of Sherburn, between the market town of Malton and seaside resort of Scarborough with indoor hot tub/spa area, games room and garden - perfect for outdoor dining. There is 1 bedroom with ensuite on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the second floor and the third floor has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The space We’ve put a lot of love into renovating our detached Grade II listed former farmhouse into a wonderful space, that is stylish but also sympathetic to its surroundings with modern furnishings mixed in with the original features such as stairs, doors and sash windows. We have extended up into the attic, keeping the lovely wooden beams but creating extra space so The Old Farm can offer seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and an ensuite shower room, letting you cater for up to 16 people with ease. Our beamed living room and dining room share a double–sided wood burner with plentiful fuel provided and the large, spacious kitchen has a sociable centre island. Sink into the large indoor party spa or use the well-equipped games room with a pool table and darts board. The younger visitors can enjoy our child-friendly enclosed garden, featuring an outdoor play area with a slide and swing set. The Old Farm and The Fold Yard share a biomass burner ensuring that the house is always warm with plenty of hot water.
