Welcome to a stay in a small atypical wooden house of 30 m2. Located in the countryside, in a green setting and yet 3 km from Sedan. The birdsong and the squirrels visiting the terrace will help you find tranquility! I remain at your disposal to help you have a pleasant time, it being specified that our house extends a hand to your accommodation. In addition, I offer, by reservation, a catering service, with several formulas! The space On the ground floor, the living room consists of a kitchenette with two hotplates, a fridge, microwave oven, capsule coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. A cozy living room with TV including a sofa, armchair and stool. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet, shower, electric towel dryer. Bath towels are provided as well as a hairdryer and toiletries. On the bedroom side, on the mezzanine, which is accessed by a retractable staircase, there is a 140/190 bed. Sheets, duvet cover are provided and the bed is made on arrival Located at the tip of the chalet, the space is smaller. A mobile air conditioner has been installed in the room, to cool summer nights. Guest access Outside: The Isba micro house has, in addition to its private entrance, a balcony, a terrace with armchairs, deckchairs and a small garden furniture. Some outdoor games are at your disposal. Other things to note Possibility of extra bed (for children from 5 to 13 years old), in the fixed sofa of the living room, 70/190. Supplement of €8/night. It should be noted that the fitted sheet, pillow and duvet are provided. I offer a catering service with several options: * Breakfast (coffee/tea/chocolate), orange juice, croissant, bread, homemade jams, cheese, cold meats. * Dish of the day. * 3-course meal (starter/main course/dessert) * XL charcuterie board for 2 people. * Cheese specialty (in autumn and winter).
