Located right next to Montparnasse, this 52sqm apartment offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay in Paris. The space It's like privatizing a tiny hotel just for yourself. I recently renovated this apartment. I furnished it with a lot of love, choosing each piece carefully. The dishes are vintage, the bar is custom-made with green marble, the beds are comfortable – you'll feel at home! For dinner, a supermarket is just 30 meters down the same street, and numerous restaurants line the street: a tea room for pies at lunch, an Italian caterer, small breweries, and the best fish restaurant in Paris is around the corner. Moreover, a 5-minute walk away are the iconic brasseries of Paris: La Rotonde, Le Dôme, La Closerie des Lilas, Bouillon Chartier... Ideal for discovering a true Parisian experience! The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, with a high-quality sofa bed in the living room that I specifically chose for "grand comfort." In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed. The room is naturally cool in summer. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals, with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, juicer, toaster for fresh baguettes, etc. The apartment is on the ground floor facing a small square, making the atmosphere green and charming – a rarity in Paris. In the evening, you can enjoy the view of the illuminated Montparnasse Tower. It also has WiFi and a television. We also provide sheets and towels for your comfort.
