Conveniently located close to Chapin this totally remodeled lakefront cottage offers big water views, private dock and boat ramp yet is tucked away at the end of a large quiet cove making it perfect for watersports, swimming and fishing. Have your coffee or cocktail on the large second floor deck while watching the wildlife or relax on the porch swing. Be our guest and experience beautiful Lake Murray for yourself! The space This home is listed as sleeping 5 guests, however, it technically sleeps 7 but is probably more comfortable for 5. Bedroom 1 = one queen bed Bedroom 2 = bunk set up with double on bottom and twin on the top Bedroom 3 = downstairs den area that is separated from the rest of the house has a king bed and closet along with a lake view. Note that this area does not have a door at the bottom of the stairs but is private from the upstairs of the house. Think upside down loft with privacy! This home has its own boat ramp as well as adequately sized dock. It also comes with several kayaks, as well as a standup paddleboard for our guests. The backyard is equipped with a fire pit. The view is magnificent, but yet on an area of the lake that is not near as rough or congested as what some refer to as “big water.“ Guest access The entirety of this property is open for your use. Feel free to use anything in the home and make yourself comfortable. There is a small storage area underneath the house that has a lock on it simply for maintenance related items that are stored underneath. If there is anything that you need during your stay please let us know.  Other things to note The cottage includes two kayaks and a standup paddleboard as well as firewood for the outdoor firepit.
