The Backyard is open from the top to allow air breeze and sun rays in, but is covered on all other sides by tall shades. These shades ensure the backyard (including the pool, entrance from living room to backyard, seating area, walking areas, and sunbath lounge) can't be overlooked or seen from the surrounding property/buildings to guarantee full privacy for our tenants. 🌟Utilities Included: Enjoy hassle-free living with all utilities covered, including electricity, water, high-speed internet, TV with cable channels, and air conditioning. 🌟Pool Cleaning: Our pool is meticulously maintained, with mandatory cleaning thrice a week (Monday Wednesday and Friday between 10:00 and 11:00 AM) to ensure it's always sparkling and ready for you to enjoy. Please note that our pool is equipped with a chiller to enable pool temperature control at the different seasons. Chiller setting is adjusted by our team and not by the guest. Please supervise children around the pool at all times. The operator and owner are not liable for any accidents. 🌟ID Proof: As per the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) regulations, all guests and visitors must provide ID proof prior to check-in. ⭐Tourism Tax: A tourism tax of 40 dirhams per night (up to 30 nights) is applicable. Other things to note POOL AREA SAFETY: For the safety of children, we have implemented several measures around our swimming pool. There is a sliding door leading to the pool area that is secured with a lock. The pool is private and fully enclosed on all other sides, ensuring complete privacy. We advise parents and guardians to keep the sliding door locked at all times. Children are not permitted to access the backyard and pool area without adult supervision. This ensures a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. IMPORTANT NOTE: This Townhouse has a pool. Kids are not allowed to go near the pool without adult supervision. The safety of your children is solely yours and neither the operator or the owner of this unit, will bear any liabilities should you or your children have any swimming pool accidents. Remain aware of slippery floor around the pool and ensure children are supervised there at all times. Please Be advised : As per the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), all guests staying in the property and their visitors must provide their ID proof (Passport copies or Emirates Id) prior to check-in. Kindly, send us the information on the day of your booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Failing to do so will result in a delayed check-in. There is a Tourism 40 dirhams per night of occupancy (for up to 30 nights) for Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). This is added to the price as a tourism tax. If your stay is over 30 nights, you will pay the tax per night, and be refunded the extra tax beyond 30 nights. Important Note: This is a holiday home and not a Hotel. This means the following Hotel Amenities/services are NOT provided: 1- Daily cleaning and bedsheets replacement. (We clean the property thorougly and replace all sheets and towels before your check in and after checkout. Any cleaning during the stay should be taken care of by the guest). 2- Toiletries. (We provide basic toiletries, like hand wash, body wash and shampoo from dispenser bottles. but don't provide hotel class toileteries). 3- An Employee accompanying the guest to the property. (We provide Self Check-in for all our properties. The check-in instructions will be shared with you prior to arrival and you will do the self check-in on your own. if you run into issues, you can always call us on the mobile number that will be provided before arrival). in addition please note that while we manage the property, we don't manage the building/housing complex and therefore issues with any of the building facilities is not within our control.
