The accommodation, in a characteristic village with multicolored houses, is located on the first floor and consists of an entrance, a single room with the right proportion between living/sleeping space illuminated by two windows and the bathroom with a shower. It is located near the University citadel, the Hospital and the Ducal park, shops and businesses, bars and restaurants. Accessible by car because it is outside the ZTL, with paid parking under the house and free parking not far away. The space From the external door you can access the apartment via a flight of stairs. Entering, on the left is the bathroom, complete with shower and bidet, while continuing along the corridor you reach the main space, with a practical wooden kitchen, also equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and washing machine, set up to find the essentials for cooking on site, a spacious table with 4 chairs to complete it. Beyond the wardrobe and the complementary and dividing wall unit, there is the double bed illuminated by two large windows with shutters, with bedside tables and lamps for reading and a wall-mounted TV in front of the bed. Immersed in the historic Oltretorrente district, with a pleasant walk you can reach the entire historic center of Parma on foot (the Ducal Park is a 5-minute walk, the Pilotta complex is 7 minutes away, Piazza Garibaldi and the Duomo are 10 minutes away). If you arrive by train, it can be reached in a few minutes on foot from the central station (about 15 minutes) or by bus no. 6 that stops 2 minutes from the house. If you arrive by car, there are parking spaces in the blue line under the house (free in the evening after 7 p.m. and on Sundays).
