The device does not record conversations, it simply scans for loud noise. - NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security doorbell camera is located at the front door, facing out towards the entrance, there are also Ring cameras facing the gates to the back yard. The camera does not look into any interior spaces -- POLICIES -- - No smoking - No pets allowed - NO events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book -Children must be supervised at all times when near the pool. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.
