The space The first floor features an oversized living room with a 65-inch flat screen TV, a decorative marble fireplace, and a sofa bed offering two twin beds. Gather your family or friends in the formal dining room, which provides ample space for large groups. The modern eat-in kitchen showcases exposed brick, cherry cabinets, and granite countertops, a kitchen table offering seating for 8. You'll also find a full bathroom, and an outdoor private patio with a BBQ (Charcoal) and additional dining area. Head up to the second floor, where you'll find three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with king beds, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected, allowing connecting accommodations, or close the adjoining door for privacy. Each has individual hallway access. For your convenience, the apartment includes a laundry room and parking facilities. Other things to note After your reservation has been confirmed, we will email you a contract for you to review and sign. The contract will just outline the basic house rules. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet. There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee per pet as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $275/mo. Please let us know if you will be needing a parking spot. Please note , for any stays 28 days and longer an additional cleaning fee of $170 will be charged. Parking is at a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play/ High top chair available upon request for $10/night. There is a $150 lost key fee.
