Le Pigeonnier – Quiet cottage in Creuse

Welcome to the quiet! Located at the foot of Evaux-les-Bains, this spacious 2-room apartment + mezzanine will bring you all the comforts for a short stay in Creuse. You will be independent and you will have access to the garden with a table for good times in the sun. The perfect apartment for a stay for 2 with a 180 x 200 m double bed, 3 single beds on the mezzanine if there are more of you! Possible access to our private pool during the summer months to be arranged with us before your arrival. The space The accommodation is accessible by several outdoor stairs. You then arrive through a living room/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are missing anything, we will try to help. By miller's ladder (see photos), there is access to a mezzanine with 3 single beds - attention: inappropriate for young children. There is a bedroom with a 180x200m double bed with a desk, wardrobe and access to a dressing room to store your belongings at your leisure. The apartment also offers you a bathroom with shower as well as an independent toilet. The garden is shared with us. We will set up a place only for you with an outdoor table as well as chairs. Possibility to lend you our BBQ if desired. Charcoal BBQ is prohibited in the garden during the summer months due to the risk of fires. There is also a small playground with slide and swing. Other things to note During the summer months, we will heat our indoor pool. Access to the pool is not included in this rental, but if you are interested, please do not hesitate to contact us to see together if it is possible to share it during your stay. No problem smoking in the garden and/or in front of the front door which is sheltered. Please refrain from smoking in the accommodation. Your pets are welcome if they are clean and are not a risk to our young children, who may come across them in the common garden. We allow a fee of 15 euros per stay for the presence of a pet.
