Cosy private flat with separate entrance. Within the Tienen ring road. Everything nearby, from supermarket to swimming pool, fitness, pharmacy to sugar refinery, ... To ensure peace and quiet for all guests, rooms are only accessible to paying guests (no visitors) The space The apartment is located on the second floor. An entrance hall with desk space and sofa bed (made up only on request). Living room with television. Equipped kitchen with combi microwave oven and refrigerator. Bathroom with bath. Separate toilet. Bedroom with double bed (140x200). The sofa bed can be made up on request for an additional cost of 30 euro. Guest access In all the rooms mentioned above, only you, the guest, have access during your stay. Again, to ensure peace and quiet for all guests, the rooms are only accessible to paying guests (no visitors). There may be exceptional deviation from this rule but only after written permission from the host via message within the Airbnb platform. Violations of this rule will result in the immediate termination of the stay. We provide one key. If desired, an extra key can be obtained under a deposit of 50 euro. You will get this deposit back on departure when you return the key. Other things to note We welcome you to our Airbnb and want to make sure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We always try to make good arrangements with our guests to make their stay as pleasant as possible. In case of damage, excessive energy consumption or unregistered guests, we are forced to charge extra. We want to avoid this at all times, so please feel free to speak to us if you have any questions or uncertainties.
