The space House from 1850 renovated by us.🏡 It consists of: 3 bedrooms😴: The Blue Room: *1 bed of 160 cm with a dresser, apart from 1 toilet and a sink. The Terracotta Room: *1 x 140cm bed The White Room: *3 x 90cm beds with wardrobe - 1 umbrella bed -1 shower room🚿 - 2 wcs separate🚽 -1 large living room with 3 sofas, with 1 TV access to Prime Video and Disney+, 1 reading nook, 1 fireplace. -1 large veranda with a large dining table for 8 people. -1 outdoor with a plancha grill and garden furniture with umbrella.⛱️ All bedding + appliances are new, bought during the summer of 2023. Please indicate when booking if you'd like to: *Cleaning fee 🧽🧹+ €80 *The bedding fee + €40 (sheets+ 3-4 tea towels +2 towels/pers) for the entire stay and all tenants. Non-smoking accommodation and not accessible to pets (to be seen according to the animal! )🐕🐈‍⬛ There is no air conditioning but there are many fans Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation Other things to note We live next door and we have a dog (a Great Dane), a real sweetheart who will be delighted to be petted! We also have 2 cats who will come say hello and ask for a hug. That's why we can't allow pets!
