La Parent 'aise for 7 people and 1 baby located 5km from the A75, 6km from Issoire and 40km from Clermont-Fd, 45km from the ski slopes ⛷️ Ideal for a family or friends. Local gourmandises are available for any reservation! Numerous activities around to get together! Museums, lakes, tree climbing, hikes to enjoy in the heart of Auvergne. Le Puy-de-Dôme and its air and land activities! A guide is available where you will find all possible activities around. The space 1850 house renovated by us.🏡 It consists of: 3 bedrooms😴: The Blue Room: *1 160 cm bed with a chest of drawers, apart from 1 toilet and a sink. Terracotta Room: *1 bed of 140 cm The White Room: *3 90 cm beds with a wardrobe - 1 umbrella bed -1 shower room🚿 - 2 wcs separate🚽 - 1 large living room with 3 sofas and 2 armchairs with 1 TV, 1 reading area, 1 fireplace. -1 large veranda with a large dining table for 8 people. -1 outdoor with a plancha grill and garden furniture with umbrella.⛱️ All bedding + appliances are new, purchased in the summer of 2023. Please indicate when you book if you'd like: *Cleaning fee 🧽🧹+ €50 for 1 night and from 2 nights + €80 *The bedding fee + €40 (sheets+3-4 tea towels +2 towels/pers) for the entire stay and all tenants. Non-smoking accommodation and not accessible to animals (depending on the animal!)🐈 🐕‍🦺 Guest access You'll have access to the entire home Other things to note We live next door and we have a dog (a Patou), a real teddy bear who will be delighted to have pets! We also have 2 cats who will come to say hello and ask for 1 hug. that's why we can't accept pets!
