These Rooms are on 1st Floor of guesthouse, so one need to step-up few stairs to enter the rooms. Room1 - with 1 double bed Room2- with one double bed & one single bed Room3 - with 2 Single beds & 1 Single bed Extra Beds can be put in each Room as per requirement. We can Host a group as big as 12 persons max, in total in 3 Rooms, as per guest's requirement. The space close to golf course which is very beautiful location. Guesthouse has own café which is quiet unique. Guest access Guest have access to room they booked for, And also Common spaces like Sitting or Dining area. Other things to note YOU & I ARTS CAFÉ Of the Guesthouse: The in-house café serving different varieties of tea & local (Khasi) snacks and lunch between 11:00 am – 7:00 pm from Monday to Saturday. Guests are most welcome to experience it. BREAKFAST: We offer simple COMPLEMENTARY Continental Breakfast between 7.30 am - 9:00 am  Please make sure you come to eat your breakfast between the timing mentioned because we keep to time and we will be very grateful if you also respect our timing LUNCH / DINNER: We offer simple meals if requested in advance (at least 4-6 hours before).  Simple Veg Meal: Rice, Dal, Vegetables and Salad @ Rs.200/person.  Simple Non Veg Meal: Meat, Rice, Dal/Curry, Vegetables and Salad @ Rs.300/person (Chicken) & Rs.350/person (Pork/Fish) (If you want Roti please inform in advance)  Timing: Lunch: 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Dinner: 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm
