For a tourist stay or a business trip, stay in this fully equipped house, close to A75, 10 minutes from ISSOIRE, 40 minutes from CLERMONT FERRANT, 30 minutes from SAINT FLOUR, 45 minutes from SUPER BESSE. The village has two bakeries (one 200 meters away), a pharmacy, hairdresser, grocery store, supermarket 4 km away. This cottage is independent, at the host's home we will share the same yard. The space - An equipped kitchen, electric stove, range hood, fridge, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, 1 table 4 chairs, storage, and dishes. - A living room with TV, sofa, coffee table, storage cabinet. - A bedroom, double bed (sheets provided), storage for clothing. - Bathroom with toilet, walk-in shower, sinks, storage unit, washing machine, hand towel. Looking forward to welcoming you. Guest access You can park your vehicle right in front, biker friends you can park your motorcycle in the secure covered courtyard. (Possibility to park your motorcycle trailer in this courtyard). This cottage has a small balcony with table and chairs, you can also use the courtyard with garden furniture and BBC.
