Multiple sleeping arrangements (Master, Guest room and sleeper sofa in the living room) helps accommodate different types of groups traveling. When not eating at one of the many nearby restaurants our sleek and fully stocked kitchen is the perfect place to prepare food or just enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Enjoy bonus amenities such as cable TV, a Miele Stackable Washer & Dryer & Sleeper sofa in the living room. Outside: Our rooftop deck features multiple gas grills, a fire pit, plenty of seating and unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains! Want to get out and explore? Bakery Four is located in our building and was awarded best Bakery in Denver 2023! There are many shops, restaurants, bars & grocery stores all within walking distance! Traveling with family? Cesar Chavez Park is directly across the street from the hotel! Parking Garage is First come First Serve. We have 3 additional covered spots next to the garage and plenty of neighborhood parking. ROOF TOP PATIO The Roof top patio is a common space for all of our guests to enjoy. For privacy, your room does have a private balcony off of the living room (See Photos). PET FEES We are a pet friendly rental - Dogs only. We charge a $75 for one dog and $100 for two dogs. There is a two dog maximum. PARKING Garage parking is first come first serve. Only one car allowed per reservation. SELF CHECK-IN HOTEL There is no staff on site. Self check in instructions will be provided 24 hours prior to arrival. THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED CHILD PROOFING Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues. Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already. This can be found under your reservation, directly through our listing, or through the website that you booked. In most cases (but not all), you have a minimum of 48 hours to cancel your reservation to receive a full refund. Many reservations may have a longer period for a full refund.
