We are nestled on a rise, along the iconic Great Ocean Road. Enjoy the prime location to enjoy the sunrise above the ocean. A luxuriously spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a private balcony and expansive multileveled deck with an outdoor BBQ dining area to truely emerge yourself in seaside living. The open plan full kitchen with a full fridge, oven/stovetop and dishwasher makes entertaining a breeze. Relax in the living and dining area with wall to wall windows. The family sized bathroom includes a romantic corner bath and separate shower. All linen and towels provided. BBQ outdoors in the comfort of the undercover balcony which wraps around the apartment and leads onto a large outdoor dining area on the expansive multileveled deck, at night you have the perfect vantage point to see the stars, or catch an aurora borealis. As we are situated within Whitecrest Resort, as a guest of Apartment 4 you can make the most of the shared facilities run by the resort which include: - a swimming pool overlooking the ocean - tennis court (includes basketball ring) - games room where you can play billiards, table tennis, foosball and video games. Access is using your room key. Located 10 minutes from Apollo Bay and Kennett River, The Jewel is central to the sights, wonders and tastes of the Great Ocean Road. There is one allocated free car park, please contact me to reserve extra parks for a fee. Self-contained with everything you need for your trip away; fully equipped kitchen with hot plates, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. Reverse-cycle air-conditioning/heating and a gas fireplace ensures everyones comfort all day and night no matter the weather outside. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to apartment 4, including the allocated #4 car park the only exception being the locked storage. I can arrange extra car spaces in advance for you through the Resort who charge $27.50 per space, per day. The shared spaces are the resort facilities such as the pool, tennis court and games room. Other things to note There are 2 entrances to apartment #4. The front one is via a path and gate to the deck with the sign "4 Private" this is the easiest one to use if arriving in the dark. If you follow the resort signage it will take you to the back entrance. The back entrance has no steps while the front entrance has one small step. Both have a lock box with the same code. Accessibility The apartment, balcony and some of the resort is accessible for a number of types of wheelchairs. I welcome queries regarding accessibility needs.
