Our 2-story soundproofed townhouse offers unique mushing-themed decor, king and queen beds, black-out curtains for relaxing sleep in the midnight sun, heater, bathroom, basic-stocked kitchen. In this nature-lovers haven, the downstairs of this soundproofed, 2-story townhouse, holds the kitchen with basic equipment, the bathroom, and a living room area. The screened porch, off the living room, gives you escape from the State Bird (the mosquito) when they are around and lets you enjoy the sunset, the view, and a firetable . Upstairs has a king-sized and a queen-sized bed, a desk area, and a sitting area where you can relax and enjoy the view of the Chugach mountain range. Dog-friendly (2 dogs max). Cleanliness is important to us, so we follow AirBnB's 5 step cleaning process plus inspect our properties when cleaning is finished to offer you the best experience. Smoking or 420 outside (only) is fine with us. For longer stays, we provide *starter* paper goods. There is a washer and dryer in unit. Other things to note While sound-proofing has been installed in the shared wall and upstairs floors, this is a townhouse/duplex so you may be able to hear a little noise from the other side, if occupied. There are steps leading to the front door and steep steps from the first floor to the 2nd floor bedroom. We have 4 large older dogs that roam the property. We bring them inside upon request. For bragging rights in the winter, take a drive out onto the lake but stick to the plowed roads and follow the lake street signs. There are trails nearby for snow machining. Again, we have plenty of room for parking snow machine trailers and dog trucks for mushing.
