The Suite is 17 m2, it is fully equipped for cooking - INDUCTION COOKTOP, microwave, etc. (Our suite is 17 m² and has storage for exclusive optimal comfort and external to the accommodation on the same landing – SUITE ON THE 1ST FLOOR without elevator, look at our photos, we have also prepared especially for you an external ZEN and cozy storage space to leave your belongings, suitcases). For stays longer than two nights minimum: Laundry access with washing machine, dryer on request (let us know at least one day before your arrival) without this, access is not guaranteed. Pressing services may be offered depending on availability and the same, please let us know at least one day before check-in at least. Guest access The whole apartment and you also have an exclusive storage space (see photos) to drop off your luggage and belongings to enjoy a hassle-free stay. 1st floor without elevator access Other things to note 🧺 CLEANING AND HOUSE LINEN In order to FINALIZE THE BOOKING, a mandatory fee of €35 per stay must be paid separately from the accommodation fee. The end of stay cleaning and linens are handled by an external service provider. The €35 package includes: • end of stay cleaning • bed linens • Bath towels Payment is made via a SECURE STRIPE payment link, sent on the day of booking. The booking is considered finalized after payment of this package. For stays of 6 nights or 30 nights or more, an automatic long-stay discount already applies to the overall rate. 🌿 Long stay & spa rates Automatic discounts are applied: • from 6 nights • for stays of 3 weeks (21 nights) • for monthly stays (30 nights or more) Discounts are visible directly when selecting your dates. 📝 Mobility lease We accept the mobility lease (1 to 10 months) for: • Professional mission • Training • Internship Proof required in accordance with the ELAN law.
