Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, dine together, or unwind outside. Two double bedrooms, one en-suite, plus a second bathroom downstairs and workspace. The space The lounge offers a comfortable sofa, smart TV with high-speed Wi-Fi, plus some books and games for your enjoyment. The fully equipped kitchen includes plates, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils, a microwave, oven, fridge-freezer, and a coffee maker. A washing machine/dryer is also available for your convenience. The kitchen diner features a six-seater dining table, perfect for meals or casual work. On the ground floor, there’s a bathroom with a shower and a relaxing bathtub. Step outside to a private garden with outdoor furniture—ideal for enjoying fresh air. Upstairs, you’ll find two double bedrooms, both with ample storage, bedside tables, and lamps. One bedroom includes an ensuite with a bath and shower. A desk and chair are also available for remote work. The property is stocked with essentials like a first aid kit, iron, ironing board, hoover, and cleaning supplies. Fresh towels and linens are provided, and the home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Guest access Guests have access to all the property, apart from the store room in the main guest bedroom. Other things to note Strictly no smoking in the property. Please take off shoes when on the carpet to keep it fresh and clean for all our guests. Strictly no parties. Travel Cot available on request, please request this a week before your stay. (Cot bedding is not supplied) Please note that there is a £25 fee for lost keys. No pets allowed.
