There is water and electricity. TV screen is available in the apartment, which can be used for your own digital content (HDMI cable must be brought). Heat pump with air conditioning. Large space for parking for 3 cars or 2 cars with trailer or a car + camper/car. Permission to bring pets can be agreed upon upon request. The space 1ST FLOOR - Living room; with nice decor; sofa, lounge chairs and TV. Exit to terrace with terrace heater. - Kitchen; dining table, sink, fridge, cutlery and dishes., coffee maker and toaster. 2.ETG - Bedroom 1; double bed. - Bedroom 2; double bed, balcony. - Bathroom; bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. BASEMENT - The basement acts as a technical room with a fuse box, etc., can not be used as a living room Other things to note - Expenses for washing and cleaning can be waived if we agree that you do this yourself - Pets are allowed per request
