The kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, with a coffee machine that grinds fresh beans, plus a blender, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Fresh linens, fast WiFi, and beach gear are included to help you enjoy sunny days. A high chair or baby crib is available upon request. The space The recently renovated apartment has an open layout that connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas into one bright, easy space. Granite countertops, updated appliances, and lots of natural light make it comfortable for relaxing and spending time together. Step out onto the large sun-filled patio, which you can access from the kitchen, living room, and main bedroom. It’s a great spot for slow mornings or quiet evenings. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a private ensuite and a bathtub for extra comfort. Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space and a dresser. You’ll also find beach umbrellas, chairs, tennis rackets, and board games ready for fun days out or relaxed nights in. Fresh linens and towels are included. Fast WiFi is available throughout the apartment, whether you’re working remotely or streaming your favourite shows. Guest access The apartment is all yours during your stay. Self check-in makes arrival easy, with access codes provided for the condominium entrance and key pickup. You’ll also have access to shared amenities, including a large outdoor pool, a kids’ pool, a heated indoor pool, playground, BBQ area, tennis and soccer courts, and even an indoor squash court. There’s a bakery café on-site too — perfect for fresh bread, coffee, or a quick bite just steps from the building. Next door, a local gym offers Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes if you’d like to try something new or keep up with training while you’re away. From June to September, wristbands are required to use the shared amenities. You can collect them on arrival with valid ID. Other things to note \\ Tourist Tax \\ As of March 2024, the city of Portimão requires a tourist tax. This will be requested through Airbnb before your arrival. €1 per person, per night (up to 7 nights) from November 1 to March 31. €2 per person, per night (up to 7 nights) from April 1 to October 31. This tax applies to all guests aged 13 and older. \\ Identification \\ To follow local regulations and support a smooth self check-in, we ask that all guest details — including valid ID — are submitted through Airbnb before arrival. Because check-in is self-service, there will not be an in-person check-in to collect this information. All guests staying must be listed on the reservation, and ID is required for each guest.
