You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
