Welcome to Côtes d'Armor, vacation rental for 4 people. Located 5 min from Bégard and 10 min from Guingamp, the house with blue shutters offers a quiet & peaceful stay with friends and family. The house is fully at your disposal and independent, close to the Armoripark leisure park and the Perrier Valley. Ideally located 25 min from the pink granite beaches - GR34 Trébeurden- Ploumanac'h and 35 min from Paimpol, Île-de-Bréhat. You will have a pleasant stay in Brittany The space You will be seduced by this quiet house with an area of 84 square meters with its 1000 m2 of land covered with lawn. The living room with its 2 south-facing French windows opens directly onto the garden terrace (tables, chairs, parasol). Two bedrooms, one with a 160/200 bed and the other 140/200, with a large dressing room + hangers in each bedroom. The equipped kitchen: gas stove, microwave, toaster, kettle etc... All you have to do is put your bags down, the beds are made for your arrival. Housekeeping included in the fee, except for cleaning the kitchen (dishes, fridge, oven, countertop). Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility (gravel exterior) front door and narrow corridor for a wheelchair. We do not have Wi-Fi but good mobile data reception, and we do not have a gate, gravel courtyard parking in front of the garage. Electric vehicle charging is unavailable. Charging an electric vehicle is not possible, the electrical installation of this accommodation does not allow it.
