Other things to note As per Italian law, after confirmation, you will be asked to send us the pictures of the ID/Passport of every occupant. Cooling and heating system are integrated in the floor and set to the temperatures allowed by the Italian government. If you are looking for a place with freezing cold AC or extremely warm heating this is not the right apartment for you. The system is designed to provide a perfect climate comfort balancing the inside and outside temperature. Crib and crib mattress are subject to availability and only if requested (€50 extra).
