The loft has a queen sleeper-sofa. Guests staying in the loft would share a bathroom with those staying in the guest bedroom. A high chair, pack n' play, and baby gate are available for guests to use during their stay. The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, including the front porch, rear porch, firepit, yard, and trail. Your hosts are available by phone but live approximately 45 minutes from Morning Glory Lookout. Lake Adger is a private community containing 13+ miles of hiking/equestrian trails. Although this property does not convey access to the lake, a public marina is only 5.5 miles away. Bring your canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards! Lake use restrictions are 80 HP for pontoon boats, 60 HP for other boats, no jet skis or skiing. Parking is restricted to the driveway. Wide paved roads throughout the community accommodate walkers, runners, and cyclists. Construction on this home was completed in December 2022 so everything is brand-new.
