The space is completely independent from the rest of the apartment. The views it offers are to the east, where you can see the city center. Note. The suite does not have a parking space. Guest access The apartment tower has a gym area and co-work area that can be used at no cost. The barbecues, movie theater, karaoke and game room are subject to availability, and need to be booked at least 24 hours in advance and have a cost (for cleaning and use). The laundry is located in the basement and is paid through an app, the costs are accessible.
